Namoi Vetch

Namoi is a semi erect and drought tolerant Wooly Pod vetch that is well suited to low rainfall environments receiving 400mm or more. It forms a dens canopy and large amounts of dry matter. Namoi is very hard seeded and is used widely in pastoral grazing situations where it persists and regenerates well over many years. Namoi is resistant to Chocolate Spot (Botrytis ssp.), Rust (Uromyces ssp.) and Ascochyta Blight (Ascochyta ssp.).
