Business leaders in the state’s agriculture, manufacturing, wine, tourism and property sectors are among the finalists in this year’s EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards.

After being assessed by a panel of judges across criteria including innovation, personal integrity and influence, financial performance and national and global impact, the winner of this year’s Central Region award – across South Australia and the Northern Territory – will be announced on August 30.
EY Adelaide managing partner Mark Phelps said this year’s finalists represented a broad range of skills across the state’s business community.
“We have a really diverse range of finalists this year – a great indication of the breadth of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit alive and well in our state,” he said.
“With economic conditions gaining momentum, our entrepreneurs are demonstrating what can be done by hard work and outside-the-box thinking.” […]
This year’s national winner will travel to Monte Carlo in June 2019 to compete for the title of EY World Entrepreneur.
